Learn how to humanely end the suffering of wildlife in your care.
What will I learn?
The course, run by Dr Lisa Winters, will teach participants how to decide when euthanasia is necessary as well as how to carry out humane chemical euthanasia after registering with the vet surgeons board. Participants will also learn valuable skills which may be needed to euthanase wildlife in the field by physical means.
Who is the course suited to?
This euthanasia workshop is suitable for those interested in the decision-making process of euthanasia, those working with injured wildlife at rehabilitation centres and home care, and those who work in remote locations.
Participants are provided with catering and a full printed manual.
